Name and contact details – To inform you of news and information about events, activities, and services within River Church Banff and the River Church Network.
To include your details in the Church Directory.

Consent – (we will obtain your consent to send you information about church events or newsletters)
Legal obligation – (we are required by law to collect and process data for weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc.)
Legitimate Activity – we collect and process this data as part of our legitimate activities as a not-for-profit body.)

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with River Church Banff or the River Church Network, and with other church members via the church directory. We will only share your data with third parties outside of the Network with your consent or where we need to share your personal information with a regulator or to otherwise comply with the law.
